Over two phases, and as part of a master-planned community, Averton built over 400 single/detached, semi-detached and townhomes in the Markham community of Upper Cornell. In 2007, Averton took home the GTAHB award for Best Semi-Detached home under 1500 sq.ft. for home designs built at this community.
